WHY CSU?
Purchasing a computer can be a very difficult task. The same goes for getting a computer repaired or upgraded. There are many places to buy computers such as computer superstores, mail order, and local computer stores.
Then why should you choose CSU?
There are many reasons. First of all, our systems are custom made. We discuss your computer needs with you and build systems specifically to meet your needs. Prepackaged computers may have features you will never use or lack features you need. Furthermore, prepackaged computers may not be upgradable, in other words, if you want a faster system or additional features, you may have to buy a completely new system, whereas upgrading will cost much less.
Secondly, our one-year parts and labor warranty is very convenient. If hardware fails on your computer, just bring it in and we can usually have it back to you the next day and often the same day! Try that with a computer superstore. Also, the major components in your system, such as the monitor, hard drive, CD-ROM, and modem are covered by the manufacturer for an additional two years. If one of these components fail, bring it in and we will ship it to the manufacturer for repair. You only pay for shipping.
Finally, computers are our business. Have you ever gone to a superstore to ask questions only to get an inexperienced salesperson who is just trying to earn a commission? CSU is a family business started by Richard Myers out of his home in 1981and moved to our present location in 1991. We have over 60 years of combined experience in computers and can handle just about any problem that you may experience.
